Quality Assurance Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that our final product observes our company's standards. To excel in this role, you should be a detail-oriented professional and be responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of the incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality.
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in products.
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
- Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements and make sure the proper documentation of the complaints is done.
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
- Provide training and support to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
